Here is also another display in Target. I feel this has a target market for women who are older maybe between 25-40. It does resemble the fashionable mom watching her kids play soccer or walking around during Halloween. It also has the plaid shirts right next to the mannequins so it is easier for the customer to choose what kind of shirt they would like. I again think having shoes would be a little better to have with them, with maybe flats or boots.
I agree that this display is targeted to women who are older between 25-40. I can also see a soccer mom picking up her kid wearing this outfit. Also, the plaid back ground behind the third mannequin emphasizes the plaid.
